Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Ray was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Dispatch Camp (Tokyo POW 3 - Kawasaki) Tokyo Bay Area 35-139.
