Stewart B Walker of California became a Prisoner of War during World War II.
Serving in the U.S. Army, Air Corps, AC: AIR CORPS, Stewart was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Burma No. 5 Burma 5 (Moulmein - Rangoon Jail) Burma 16-97. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows Stewart was in 9 Undefined Code Asiatic Theatre. Source. US National Archives.
