Charles E Shockley of Wyoming became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Detached Enlisted Men's List, DML: DETACHED ENLISTED MEN'S LIST, Charles was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135.
