Joseph W Roszkowski of Pennsylvania became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Joseph was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135.
