Frank Rose of Massachusetts became a Prisoner of War during World War II.
Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Frank was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Tokyo POW Camp (Shinjuku) Tokyo Bay Area 35-140.
