Serving in the U.S. Army, Air Corps, AC: AIR CORPS, Wilfred was captured by GERMANY and was imprisoned at Stalag 4G Oschatz Saxony 51-13. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated.
