Serving in the U.S. Army, Ordnance Department, ORD: ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT, William was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at PW Camp 1 - Cabanatuan 1-2-3 Nueva Province Luzon Philippines 15-121.
