Elmer Kuch of Oregon became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Infantry, INF: INFANTRY, Elmer was captured by GERMANY and was imprisoned at Stalag 4B Muhlberg Sachsen 51-13.
