James Kelly

Prisoner of War Ribbon

James S Kelly of Kentucky became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, James was captured by GERMANY and was imprisoned at Stalag 5A Malschbach Ludwigsburg Wurtemberg 49-09. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows James was in European Theatre: Germany. Source. US National Archives.
