Charles R Joyner of Virginia became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Charles was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Philippines Unstated Philippines 14-121.
