Serving in the U.S. Army, Ordnance Department, ORD: ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT, James was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Tokyo Sectional Camp 3 - Hiraoka, Nagano Tokyo Bay Area 35-139.
