Serving in the U.S. Army, Ordnance Department, ORD: ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT, Howard was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Omori Headquarters Camp (Ofuna) Tokyo 35-139. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated.
