Shelby L Fowler of Louisiana became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Air Corps, AC: AIR CORPS, Shelby was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Mukai-shima POW Camp Central Honshu 34-133.
