James Edward Delanty of Illinois became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Detached Enlisted Men's List, DML: DETACHED ENLISTED MEN'S LIST, James was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated.
