Serving in the U.S. Army, Coast Artillery Corps, CAC: COAST ARTILLERY CORPS or AMP: ARMY MINE PLANT, Thalis was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135.
