William Colls

Prisoner of War Ribbon

William K Colls of New York became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Coast Artillery Corps, CAC: COAST ARTILLERY CORPS or AMP: ARMY MINE PLANT, William was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows William was in Southwest Pacific Theatre: Philippine Islands. Source.
