Prisoner of War Ribbon

Francis Esome Burton of Maryland became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Ordnance Department, ORD: ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT, Francis was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Tokyo Sectional Camp 3 - Hiraoka, Nagano Tokyo Bay Area 35-139. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated.
