Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Julian was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at PW Camp 1 - Cabanatuan 1-2-3 Nueva Province Luzon Philippines 15-121.
