Carl Biggs

Prisoner of War Ribbon

Carl W Biggs of Tennessee became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, CE: CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Carl was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Hoten POW Camp (Mukden) Manchuria 42-123. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows Carl was in 803 Force or Forces/Fleet/Battalion Philippine Scouts Southwest Pacific Theatre: Philippine Islands. Source. US National Archives.
