Serving in the U.S. Army, Detached Enlisted Men's List, DML: DETACHED ENLISTED MEN'S LIST, Forrest was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Fukuoka POW Camp 1 - Kashii (Pine Tree Camp) Kyushu Island 33-130.
