Thomas L Aitken of California became a Prisoner of War during World War II.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Ordnance Department, ORD: ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT, Thomas was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Taiwan POW Camp 1 (Taihoku) Formosa 25-121. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows Thomas was in Southwest Pacific Theatre: Philippine Islands. Source.
