The Sons of Liberty Museum Story
The Sons of Liberty Museum and sister organization the Army Air Corps Library and Museum are 501(c)3 non-profits that are saving military history one soldier at a time.
Each entity has a very large collection of artifacts that we have been using in mobile exhibits and education programs for nearly 20 years We have been taking these programs to schools, veteran and civic events in the North Texas area; once traveling to Austin to setup a large exhibit in the Texas State Capitol building.
50 Websites
The two organizations combined have over 50 websites of history serving over 1 million unique web pages and have factorids on over 1 million veterans of the US Military. This continues to grow thanks to our volunteers around the country that are transcribing various documents, recently completing over 26,000 pages of award documents of the groups of the 15th Air Force in World War II.
Choosing the name Sons of Liberty Museum is grounded in the family histories of the executive team.
