The 11th Bombardment Group was based at Hickam Field, Territory of Hawaii. (T.H.). One of the criticizms of the military was their lack of preparedness for any Japanese attack. Draw some inferences to accept or reject that conclusion with the training schedule of one of the bomber groups based at Hickam Field.
